Keto Peanut Butter-Chocolate Milkshake

A delicious keto milkshake with the decadent combination of peanut butter and chocolate. It’s a creamy beverage that’s dairy-free and low carb.

Calories 79 kcal per serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 5 drops SweetLeaf stevia or other sweetener to taste
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter powder or unsweetened peanut butter
  • dash sea salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until well combined and frothy.

Recipe Notes

  • A half tablespoon of peanut butter can be used in place of the powder.  Or another nut or seed butter can be used.
