Gynecologic cancers impact women of all ages. Some women may wish to preserve their capacity for future childbearing. With appropriate patient selection, acceptable oncologic outcomes may be achieved with preservation of fertility. Determination of eligibility for fertility preservation is guided by patient factors, tumor histology, and preoperative local staging with pelvic MR imaging. The aim of this article is to educate radiologists on the current guidelines for fertility-sparing techniques in women with early stage cervical, endometrial, and ovarian malignancies.

Conclusions18 candidate mutations might alter the risk of lung cancer in the Han Chinese population, including polymorphisms rs3864017(FANCD2), rs55740729(MSH6) and 16 rare variants. The underlying mechanisms of candidate genes in lung cancer remain unclear and we suggest more functional studies on exploring how these genes affect the risk of lung cancer.

ConclusionsWe provide the first evidence of the involvement of LINC00886 in laryngeal carcinoma, which was downregulated due to methylation of the promoter region and served as tumor suppressor genes. LINC00886 is expected to become a novel biomarker in laryngeal carcinoma.
